What Apollo URLs Are Supported?

Apollo Scraper works with any Apollo.io search URL that has filters applied. Here are examples of the types of searches you can scrape:

1. People Search

The most common use case. Apply filters for job title, location, industry, company size, etc. on Apollo.io, then copy the URL.

Example — Marketing Directors in the US:

https://app.apollo.io/#/people?personTitles[]=Marketing%20Director&personLocations[]=United%20States

2. Company Search

Search for companies by industry, employee count, revenue, or technology stack and extract company-level data.

Example — SaaS companies with 50–200 employees:

https://app.apollo.io/#/companies?organizationNumEmployeesRanges[]=50%2C200&organizationIndustryTagIds[]=SaaS

3. Filtered Search with Multiple Criteria

Combine multiple filters — title, seniority, tech stack, funding stage, etc. If Apollo lets you filter it, the scraper can pull it.

Example — CTOs at Series B startups using AWS:

https://app.apollo.io/#/people?personTitles[]=CTO&organizationFundingStage[]=series_b&technologyNames[]=Amazon%20Web%20Services

  • Phone number — direct dial or mobile if available
  • LinkedIn URL — direct link to their LinkedIn profile
  • Company name — current employer
  • Company website — company domain
  • Employee count — company size range
  • Industry — company industry classification
  • Location — contact or company location

Tips for Best Results

  • Apply filters on Apollo first — the more specific your Apollo search, the more relevant your leads. Use filters for job title, seniority, location, industry and company size.
  • Start small, then scale — test with a small batch (50–100 contacts) to verify the data quality before running a large extraction.
  • One search URL per line — you can queue multiple Apollo searches in a single job by pasting one URL per line.
  • Schedule recurring scrapes — use the scheduling feature to automatically re-run your searches weekly or monthly for fresh leads.
  • Export to your CRM — download as CSV and import directly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any CRM that accepts CSV imports.

Output Format

Your extracted leads are available in three formats:

  • CSV — open directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or import into your CRM
  • JSON — ideal for developers and data pipelines
  • Excel (.xlsx) — formatted spreadsheet ready for reporting and filtering
