Sign up for a free account at onescraper.com — you'll receive 100 free credits instantly, no credit card required. Choose any tool from the dashboard, enter your search parameters, and click Run. Results appear in your dashboard within minutes.
One credit = one result row. For example, if you scrape 500 Yelp listings, that costs 500 credits. Credits are available in bundles on our pricing page — starting from $0 for the free plan. There are no hidden compute fees or usage surprises.
Yes. All paid plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your remaining credits stay active until the end of your billing period.
Most jobs complete within a few minutes. Large jobs (10,000+ records) may take up to 30 minutes. You'll receive a notification when your data is ready to download. Jobs run in the cloud — you don't need to keep your browser open.
Credits are not deducted for failed jobs. If a job fails, you'll see an error message in your dashboard explaining why. Common causes include invalid URLs or private pages. Contact support if a job continues to fail and we'll investigate.
Once your job completes, go to your dashboard and click the Download button next to the job. Free plan users can export as CSV. Paid plans support CSV, JSON, and Excel formats. API access is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Yes. Your data is stored in your private account and is never shared with other users or third parties. We use encrypted storage and secure HTTPS connections throughout. Data collected through OneScraper comes only from publicly accessible pages.
